The National Fire Protection Agency has recognized the critical role that mass notifications play in fire- and non-fire, meaning weather and human-related, emergencies and protection that it can help provide. Mercury's MNEC meets the NFPA72 and UL 2572 as required of by the NFPA allowing it to be directly tied to a building's fire system.
