When the Louisville Bar Association needed to reinvigorate their membership and existing space in Downtown Louisville, they partnered with ID+A to conduct some space utilization exercises that led to a full renovation project including new dedicated work areas with direct access to natural light and a conference center that can be rented by the public and members alike. ID+A took the client team through a comprehensive design process including glass front and furniture procurement.

The location functions as both ID+A’s headquarters and a “work experience lab,” meaning ID+A can gather data and insights on how people work in different environments to share with clients and their employees. The lab features a variety of workspaces, including private offices, open collaborative spaces, and personal workstations. Employees can choose the space that best fits their needs, whether they need to focus on a project, collaborate with colleagues, or simply recharge. The 13,000 square foot space contains 5 conference rooms, 2 private offices, 2 shared office, 25 other workspaces, flexible plaza, and a third-floor activity space that can hold 75 to 100 people.

The ID+A Lexington studio was designed by our team of in-house talent to show our broad design and procurement capabilities, as well as to offer a variety of postures and spaces to our clients and employees alike. Bold architectural elements were introduced at then entry to help draw attention in this multi-tenant space.

This 15,000 square foot space, formerly a department store was reimagined into a modern law office. The design of their new office was meant to reflect their firm's identity to their clients and community. The space was furnished with modern and eclectic finishes, chosen to age gracefully over time. ID+A provided interior design services, furniture procurement, acoustics, and interior construction services.

Norton Brownsboro Hospital is a full-service, 197-bed community hospital serving patients from northeastern Jefferson County, Kentucky, and surrounding counties.

The Commons at Helm Library is a modern, multipurpose, student-centered space that provides individual study and collaborative work spaces, and facilitates student engagement with faculty and staff in atmosphere where ideas can be formed, shaped, and shared.

ID+A provided both interior construction and furniture solutions to create a space that provided function with their desired aesthetic.

With data-backed design and exceptional service, they’re redesigning the concept of work experience one meeting at a time. Consisting of 11 distinct meeting rooms and 20 different types of workspaces located on the second floor of the fully restored, historic Louisville Leather Company Tannery Building.

Tri-Arrows Aluminum is located in the Blankenbaker Station. Construction of their 49,000 square foot headquarters was completed in May of 2020. Tri-Arrows Aluminum is a leading supplier of rolled aluminum sheet in the North American Market focusing on the Beverage Can Sheet and Automotive Sheet markets.

VAMC needed to build out a registration station in their open atrium. Due to site constraints of their current building, this could not be achieved with conventional construction. Utilizing clean construction with DIRTT Timber, ID+A met their challenge!

Spalding University's new classroom includes a media wall that allows for future flexibility as technology, branding and needs change. Without closing a room or utilizing traditional construction, we are able to continue to be a future proofing solution using DIRTT!

As a world leader of culture and history, Brown-Forman updated this area of the Forester Center to breath new life into their historical campus. Multiple styles of work are supported through out the space and technology plays a huge part in managing the user experience.

JCTC has created a renewed focus on bringing Trade School back to the forefront of career seeking students in the Metro Louisville Market with this cutting edge facility.

US Equestrian brought a new life to their team by designing a bright, welcoming headquarters building where they can work, meet, educate and celebrate at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky.

Ecofibre's headquarters is a 50,000-square-foot LEED building on six acres in Georgetown, Kentucky and is part of the Kentucky Department of Agriculture’s hemp pilot program.
